Do you deliver?
The Ruins does not provide delivery service. However, you can order food to go and we can prepare it for you to be picked up on your way home. Just call us. Our menu can be found on this website.

For take away orders that we are going to pick up from the restaurant, do we need to pay online?
Orders made online to be picked up are needed to be paid online as well. In that way, we can have the assurance that the food that we will prepare will not get wasted. We already experienced several orders previously wherein customers failed to pick up their orders. To prevent this from happening, we imposed a pay first policy for these types of orders.

What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via major credit card companies such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discovery. We also accept payment via PayPal. We do not accept payment via pick up and payment via pseudo currency BitCoin.

How long before the order can be picked up?
You can pick up the order 30 minutes after you receive the confirmation from us. You can also state when you want to pick it up so that it will still be warm and freshly cooked upon your arrival at our restaurant.
